Description

The subject of this contract is the provision of services relating to the spreading of chemical fountains and snow removal on roads (and motorways) managed by the SPW, the Luxembourg Road Directorate – Florenville District, as well as operations to order depots and/or salt stocks of the administration, the supply of lorries, specific equipment and labour. Roads managed by Florenville District – Luxembourg Road Directorate. Winter sustainability is planned to be organised between 15 October of each year and 15 April of the following year; these dates may be modified by the contracting authority if climatic circumstances so require. The basic contract covers four winter periods. The services are organised in 8 lots, one lot may comprise:
— a preventive and/or curative treatment circuit,
— the provision and use of a shipper, a vehicle for unlocking heavy goods vehicles or even a specific gear (snow strawberry, grader, etc.) The characteristics of these circuits or lots, their description, the nomenclature of the equipment imposed and the levels of service are defined in the documents annexed to these special specifications.
