The public procurement will be implemented through a grant from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) under the procedure ‘Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock – Stage I’. The first stage of the procedure provides for the intensity of the grant to be 100% of the eligible costs. The scope of the contract covers the following activities, which concern all multi-apartment buildings divided into lots: - Design - preparation of technical investment design, according to design assignment; - Construction – implementation of the construction and installation works (CMP) provided for in the investment project; - Author's supervision - exercising author's supervision under the Spatial Planning Act during the execution of construction and installation works.
