The detailed description and scope of work are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No 11 to the FTZ. Note: The works concern active facilities. Installation works on the roof of Kindergarten No. 180 at ul. Nieklańska 40 in Warsaw will be possible after the repair of the cover by the Ordering Party. The support structure, designed for a flat roof, will be installed in a non-invasive way on the roofs of buildings. The contractor must obtain a model distribution agreement with Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. and provide it to the Ordering Party in order to conclude it. The contractor must agree at Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. a new measuring system and its new location in an easily accessible place. All materials (in particular photovoltaic panels) after delivery to the construction site, before assembly, will be checked by the Ordering Party in terms of meeting the conditions of the SWZ and submitted certificates and catalog sheets.
