La présente consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, en application des articles R.2124-1 et R.2124-2 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché est mixte : il est passé pour partie avec un prix forfaitaire (indiqué dans la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire) et pour partie à bons de commandes avec des montants minimum et maximum en application de l'article R. 2162-4 du code de la commande publique.
