Description

Kontrakten vedrører levering, implementering, vedligeholdelse, support og drift af et nyt standard ERP-system til VisitDenmark samt dertil knyttede konsulentydelser.
Systemet skal medføre en standardisering og modernisering af VisitDenmarks arbejdsgange og økonomiske processer, ligesom systemet skal integreres med en række systemer, som allerede anvendes hos VisitDenmark.
Funktionsområder, som skal understøttes af det nye system er budgetplanlægning og opfølgning, regnskab, revisionsspor, indkøb, rettighedsstyring, økonomi i projekter samt ledelsesinformation relateret til økonomisk rapportering.
Visitdenmark har 135 medarbejdere fordelt på regnskabsbrugere, kreditorfakturahåndteringsbrugere, budget-brugere og CRM-brugere.
Implementering omfatter opsætning og tilpasning af standardsystem, udvikling af integrationer, test, uddannelse og dokumentation.
Der er optioner på funktionsområder indenfor CRM, konvertering af data, yderligere konsulentydelser og licenser samt tilhørende drift.
