Description

The municipality of Heemskerk is a self-insurer for the Sickness Act and the WGA. The WGA risk is covered (WGA and WGA flex) by means of a conventional WGA ERD insurance with Loyalis. The Sickness Act is outside the scope of this assignment. The municipality wants to gain insight into whether, in addition to Loyalis, there are insurers that can offer comparable insurance as of 1 January 2025 because the current policy expires on 31 December 2024. It is emphatically not the intention of the municipality to use the services of an intermediary. Nor is it the intention of the municipality to organise the financing of the WGA risk in any other way. The Client provides a completed Adfiz form (or corresponding form) for the purpose of providing a quotation by the Tenderer. This form is a standard in the insurance market and based on this information, the insurer is deemed to be able to make an offer. See PvE
