Description

Delegation of management for the disposal, by landfilling, of residual waste, street waste, waste of earth and stones from public roads, residues from municipal waste treatment facilities, as well as waste that cannot be recovered from indoor and/or outdoor refurbishment and rehabilitation of dwellings at the Țuțora Non-hazardous Waste Landfill. The delegation area includes 98 ATUs that are members of ADIS Iași. ADIS Iasi will conclude the delegation contract by concession with the operator designated as winner, in the name and on behalf of Iasi County and the 98 ATUs in the delegation area. ADIS Iasi will monitor the execution of the delegation contract by concession. The term ‘management delegation contract’ within the meaning of the provisions of this documentation means the service concession contract defined by Law No 100/2016. The award procedure is an offline open tender, and will end with the conclusion of a contract delegating the management of the sanitation service, the contracting entity reserving the right to modify the quantities of waste, without this constituting a substantial modification. The tariff for the disposal by landfill of residual waste, street waste, soil and stones from public roads, residues from municipal waste treatment facilities and the tariff for the treatment of waste from indoor and/or outdoor refurbishment and rehabilitation of dwellings shall be adjusted/amended in accordance with the methodological norms approved by the ANRSC. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 25 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account. The contracting entity shall reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 15th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
