L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les objectifs de l'accord-cadre sont les suivants : La fourniture de solutions adaptées aux usages du pouvoir adjudicateur ; La présentation des évolutions techniques liées aux besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur ; La recherche d'économie et d'optimisation financière ; Une simplicité de gestion interne et allègement des contraintes pour l'acheteur public ; Un partenariat entre le titulaire du marché et l'acheteur public ; Rôle de conseil - veille technologique ; Rôle de conseil sur les expertises liées à la résolution des incidents (processus de gestion des problèmes - ITIL) ; Proposition d'une offre évolutive au cours du marché ; Capacité à proposer des outils de suivi techniques et financiers des différents services proposés ;
