Description

The aim of the proposed contract is to implement regular road transport services for pupils enrolled in adapted or specialised classes, using vehicles with fewer than 10 places, from the start of the 2025 school year, i.e. 1 September 2025. These special circuits are integrated into the Fluo 54 network of the Grand Est Region. The services are divided into three lots; the title of each lot corresponds to the geographical area where the schools to be served are located and where the pupils to be cared for are enrolled, regardless of their place of residence. The period of validity of each contract/lot will run from 15 July 2025 or from its notification to the contractor, whichever is later, until 14 July 2026. The contract may be renewed expressly three times per 12-month period, but its total duration may not exceed 48 months. The contractor will not be able to oppose this renewal. The provisional starting date for benefits is set at the first day of the start of the school year 2025/2026 and the first day of the start of the school year for the following years.
