Description

The Region of Zealand is planning to conclude a settlement agreement with Konica Minolta, which provides for the extension of the parties’ 2013 framework agreement for the provision of multifunctional machines and printers with related services, concluded following an EU call for tenders (2013/S 096-163724), by twice 12 months from 1.1.2016, with the addition of minimum commitment conditions.
The agreement is non-exclusive in that Region Sjælland continues to be able to acquire other printers and must have security of service and maintenance on the current stock, and the Zealand Region will therefore enter into agreements on the necessary products and services with third parties.
