The contest is a restricted competition on "ESQUISSE" pursuant to articles L2172-1, R2162-15 to R2162-26, R2172-1 to R2172-6 of the Public Order Code. It will take place in two phases: • 1st phase: selection of candidates to compete. At the end of this first phase, 3 candidates will be admitted to compete. • 2nd phase: Selection of the laureate(s) The estimated cost of the works is € 3 744 055 excluding VAT, as of March 2024. The contractor is entrusted with the following tasks: - Sketch (ESQ). - Summary preliminary draft studies (PSS); - Final preliminary draft studies (PDS); - Project studies (PRO); - Assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT); - Approval of implementation studies (VISA); - Directorate for the Execution of Works Contracts (DET); - Assistance during reception operations and during the Guarantee of Perfect Completion (AOR) period. The contracting authority will draw up a contract without prior publicity or call for competition in accordance with Article R2122-6 of the Public Order Code with the winner of the competition.
