Description

Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarungen nach §130a Abs. 8 SGB V für Arzneimittel zum Wirkstoff Ambrisentan (ATC-Codes nach WHO: C02KX02) im Rahmen eines sog. „open-house-Modells“. Allen interessierten und geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen wird unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Konditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens der Abschluss zu einer Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V angeboten. Eine Exklusivität ist nicht gegeben. Die Abnahmemenge ist bei Abschluss der Vereinbarung unbekannt und insbesondere von der Nachfrage der Versicherten, der Entwicklung der Zahl der Versicherten, von dem Verordnungsverhalten der Vertragsärzte und dem Abgabe- und Bevorratungsverhalten der öffentlichen Apotheken abhängig. Die Auftraggeberin garantiert keine Mindestabnahmemengen.
