Description

Procurement procedure: open invitation to tender, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2°1 and R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation is being launched as part of a grouping of orders between Vienne Condrieu Agglomération and the city of Vienne. As part of this consultation, Vienne Condrieu Agglomération is appointed by convention, coordinator of the order grouping. The framework agreement without minimum amount and with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. The services are divided into two lots, each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. Lot 1: maximum amount of EUR 800 000.00 excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement and for the whole group. Lot 2: maximum amount of EUR 1 000 000.00 excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement and for the whole grouping. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of 1 year from receipt of the first order form. The time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be fixed on each order form in accordance with the provisions of the documents in the framework agreement. The framework agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period shall be 1 year.
