Description

Die Gemeinde Kirchberg im Wald plant, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Regierung von Niederbayern, die bauliche Instandsetzung, den weiteren Ausbau und die Reaktivierung des denkmalgeschützten Amthof-Komplexes. Dazu wurde im Jahre 2024 eine Machbarkeitsstudie in Auftrag gegeben, auf deren Basis der Gemeinderat die weiteren Planungsschritte in die Wege geleitet hat. Die aus dem Ideenkonzept entwickelte Machbarkeitsstudie bietet der Gemeinde eine Entscheidungsgrundlage, auf welche Art und Weise und in welchen logischen zeitlichen Schritten der Amthof saniert und wieder einer Nutzung (dauerhafte Nutzung nach baulichem Abschluss und auch Zwischennutzung) zugeführt werden kann. Gegenstand des Verhandlungsverfahrens sind Planungsleistungen nach HOAI 2021 Teil 3 Objektplanung Abschnitt 1 Gebäude und Innenräume § 34 Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume.
