Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the CNC machining workshop as part of the project entitled: Increasing professional potential in the School Complex No. 1 in Kłobuck. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) supply of brand new equipment for the CNC machining room with accessories, i.e. CNC milling machine – 3 axes – 1 pc., CNC lathe two axes – 1 pc., tooling and tools for the CNC lathe and milling machine – 2 sets, a set of measuring tools for the CNC machine tool room – 6 sets, materials for technological tests – 1 set, CAD/CAM software 16+4 stations – 1 set, CNC bending / press brake – 1 pc., 3D CNC profile bending machine – 1 pc., CNC measuring device – CNC tool setter with ISO 40 sleeve – 1 pc. coming from the latest product line within the scope specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ); 2) delivery together with its transport to the seat of the Ordering Party, i.e. Jan Kiliński School Complex No 1 in Kłobuck, ul. Zamkowa 6, assembly, installation in the place indicated by him, first start-up, training of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party and all other costs related to the performance of the order, in accordance with the requirements set by the Ordering Party; 3) providing with the order the instruction required to operate in Polish; 4) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract; 5) providing with the order the warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product); 6) provide with the order all necessary to operate and provide the required functionalities indefinite licenses to use these functionalities.
