Field emission scanning electron microscope with optional EDX and EBSD analytic and an optional integrated nanonindener, which is specifically suitable for the installation of various in-situ modules and devices. In particular, already existing modules (‘AFM Option for FE-SEMS’ (SPM-BRR module of DME), a train-pressure/load unit of Kammrath & Weiß, a Gatan Cryo heating module, a PS4 module of Kleindiek) and various other facilities planned in the future must be integrated into the FEG-SEM module, both physically and in terms of control and software.
