Description

The purpose and objective of this VZ is to ensure the follow-up support of FileNet P8 licenses within the existing license scope so as to ensure the operation of FileNet P8 on the supported licenses without errors and reliably. The contract will be concluded for a fixed period of time, until 30. 9. 2028. The subject matter of the VZ is the provision/ensuring of the provision (hereinafter referred to as "provision") of SW support, which includes: (a) enabling the Contracting Authority to access the latest versions of SW, including patches (hereinafter referred to as "upgrade/update") through the use of the IBM Customer Portal. As part of the cooperation, the Supplier will inform the Client about the upgrade/update immediately after its release by a notification e-mail sent to the Client's Authorized Person so that the Client can use the relevant current version in a timely manner, b) providing consulting services. The Contractor shall provide consultancy services to the Contracting Authority in fulfilment of its obligations under this Contract, in particular in the form of expert consultations in the cases provided for in this Contract, i.e.: i. proactively informing the Client about information related to the upgrade/update release, ii. providing consultations to the Client when installing the upgrade/update, c) providing support, which is otherwise governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions for IBM Spectrum Scale and IBM FileNet licensed products according to the exact product specification, and are available at the time of signing this Agreement at: www.ibm.com/about/software-licensing/us-en/product_search.
