Description

L'opération aura pour objectif:
— la démolition du bâtiment de la trésorerie sur la parcelle;
— la construction d'une salle pluriculturelle ainsi que des locaux associés et équipements nécessaires à son fonctionnement;
— la construction d'un local sportif;
— l'aménagement de la parcelle pour sécuriser les circulations autour et vers la parcelle et restructurer le site en articulant les différentes ambiances des espaces avoisinants. La part de l'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux et aux équipements est de 2 026 000 EUR HT.
