The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) building of ARTE GEIE’s registered office in Strasbourg, the associated ‘L’Octroi’ and the rest of the site in Kehl, and the replacement of cooling water pipes.
The HVAC maintenance services concern:
The main site, 4 quai du Chanoine Winterer in 67000 Strasbourg – France, with:
— Offices (approx. 6 000 m²);
— Cutting, control and equipment rooms with a very high degree of uninterrupted availability and strict maintenance requirements to ensure the operational safety of the highly sensitive audiovisual production technology (distributed to approx. 6 000 m²).
An auxiliary building (‘L’Octroi’) comprising:
— Offices (approx. 90 m²);
— a small technical room.
A secondary site in Kehl (port road 3) with highly sensitive technical facilities (approx. 140 m²).
