Description

Der Auftraggeber plant die Anpassung sämtlicher Gasverbrauchsgeräte (GVG) in seinem Gasversorgungsgebieten von Erdgas L (low calorific gas) auf Erdgas H (high calorific gas). Im Netzgebiet des Auftraggebers handelt es sich nach aktuellem Stand ca. 19.797 Messlokationen (ca. 23.756 GVG bei einem Faktor von 1,2), davon ca. 39 RLM-Kunden und ca. 10 Industriekunden. Der Schaltzeitpunkt ist für August 2028 geplant. Der Auftraggeber sucht mit diesem Ausschreibungsverfahren einen Dienstleister für die Leistungen der Erhebung und Anpassung von Gasverbrauchsgeräten (Fachlos 2: Erhebung und Anpassung) und die Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung der Erhebung und Anpassung (Fachlos 3: Qualitätssicherung). Weitere Einzelheiten werden in den 1_Bewerbungsbedingungen erläutert, die gemäß Punkt I.3 abrufbar sind. Grundlage der Leistungen sind die entsprechenden DVGW Regelwerke (u.a. G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1, 10/2011, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 und G 107 (M), 02/2020) und G 682 (A), maßgeblich ist stets die aktuelle Fassung.
