Description

With the implementation of the IT2020 strategy, the KfW has since 2010 been pursuing the sustainable modernisation of all IT in order to improve customer satisfaction, consistent renewal and market standardisation, as well as the provision of IT services on competitive terms.
Efficient and effective change communication is needed in order to be able to transport the objectives and process of the change process more transparently to IT staff and to involve IT staff in this process. This is planned over the whole cycle of the IT modernisation process, but also beyond.
The contractor will assist and advise KfW in particular on the following tasks:
— Development of an efficient and effective communication strategy in the IT transformation process,
— Develop proposals for improvement in the communication environment,
— Development and implementation of communication measures to identify individuals with IT;
— Designing and implementing a package of measures to strengthen individuals’ self-confidence in the changing IT organisation – building trust;
— Designing a strategy to strengthen mainstream communication (cascade communication),
— Implementation of the strategy and development of tools, measures and media to strengthen rulemaking in a sustainable manner;
— Definition, coordination and establishment of key issues and key messages;
— Development and implementation of concepts for external communication (from KfW) and for special IT issues,
— Advising the management team on change communication aspects,
— Moderation of workshops as part of the IT transformation process,
— Organisation of editorial conferences,
— Development of editorial topics, content and messages,
— Transporting key messages in articles/editorial contributions,
— Selection and organisation of a presentation format,
— Drafting and drafting of articles, e.g. newsletters,
— Ensuring the quality of the editorial work and the measures implemented.
The measures developed will be fleshed out and operationalised with the selected external consultant.
