Description

Vertragsgegenstand ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages zur Lieferung von Dienstbekleidung. Die Auslieferung der Dienstbekleidung erfolgt in der Regel deutschlandweit. Zur störungsfreien Abwicklung muss ein telefonischer First-Level-Support (werktäglich von 8.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr) sichergestellt sein.
Die prozessuale Abbildung erfolgt über einen webbasierten Katalog. Detaillierte Einzelheiten sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung (s. b. Vergabeunterlagen) zu entnehmen. Dazu verpflichtet sich der Auftragnehmer auf eigene Kosten, eine Systemanbindung an die Systeme des Auftraggebers zu schaffen.
Der Auftragnehmer muss einen online Webshop bis spätestens 4 Wochen nach Zuschlagserteilung zur Verfügung stellen. In diesem online Webshop müssen alle Artikel der Ausschreibung (s. b. Vergabeunterlagen) bestellbar sein. Der Webshop muss 24h/7 Tage pro Woche verfügbar sein.
