Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of regular services of landfilling (storage) of different types of waste, as defined and classified into different categories - List of types of waste disposed of at the landfill for the waste holder SOM Čadca, s.r.o. by the company operating the landfill of non-hazardous waste (pursuant to Section 2(1)(b) of Decree of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic No 382/2018 Coll. on the landfilling of waste and storage of mercury waste. The landfill company undertakes to take over the imported waste from the Waste Holder and dispose of it at the landfill in accordance with generally binding legal regulations within the agreed time.
