FI-Lappeenranta: Kindergarten furniture
The subject of the contract is the supply of the most common kindergarten furniture to the Contractors under the conditions set out in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The purchase of furniture during the contract period will mainly take the form of a supplementary purchase according to actual needs. The following groups of municipalities are involved in the procurement: Lappeenranta, Imatra, Lemi, Savitaipale, Taipal Islands, Rautjärvi and Parikkala. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold and takes the form of a framework agreement. The aim is that the contract period starts on 1 June 2012 and ends on 31 May 2013. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the right to extend the contract on an annual basis, subject to a maximum of three (3) options. The contracting entity will decide on the use of this option at the end of the actual contract period after separate negotiations with the contractor.
