France-Marseille: Telecommunications services
The subject of this contract is the renewal of telecommunications services for all CPRPSNCF sites:
Lot 1: Fixed telephony and mobile telephony services.
— connection and subscription of primary access (T2),
— basic access connection and subscription (T0),
— connection and subscription of analogue lines,
— SDA incoming communications,
— communications to local, neighbourhood, national, international and fixed areas, mobile lines and special numbers,
— additional and secure services,
— subscriptions and communications for the mobile phone fleet,
— associated data services,
— the supply of terminals, tablets and SIM cards,
— associated line management and after-sales services.
Lot 2: website interconnection and internet access service:
— implementation of access and connections,
— delivery, installation and configuration of equipment on site,
— rental of modems, routers,
— proposal for a maintenance contract,
— provision of all main documentation,
— provision of equipment, access and links,
— configuration of equipment in accordance with expressed needs,
— connectivity to internal networks (community switches),
— installation of interconnection cords,
— testing and recipe of the architecture deployed,
— production of the specifications file,
— completion of the working order (MOM),
— Proficiency check and operating tests (VABF),
— Assistance with the Regulatory Service Verification (VSR),
— Compliance with performance levels (GTR, availability rate, etc.),
— the provision of all the main documentation,
— management and supervision of access and equipment,
— implementation of reporting tools,
— connection and subscription to Internet services.
Candidates can tender to one or several lots.
