The subject of the contract is insurance of property and civil liability of the Municipal Road Administration in Toruń. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Part III of the SWZ. 1.The Ordering Party shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contract is divided into the following two lots: 1.1.PART 1 of the contract – property and liability insurance: A.Property insurance against fire and other random events B.Property insurance against theft, theft with burglary and robbery C.Insurance against glass panes and other glass objects against breakage and breakage D.Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks E. Liability insurance F. Motor insurance: F.1. compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance; F.2. autocasco insurance; F.3. NNW insurance for driver and passengers F.4. assistance insurance 1.2.PART 2 of the order – insurance of bridges against random events: A.Gen. Road Bridge Insurance Elżbieta Zawacka in Toruń with access roads from random events; B.Insurance of the Marshal Józef Piłsudski Road Bridge in Toruń against random events. 2.The description of PARTs 1 and 2 of the contract is set out in Part III of the OTS . 3.Each part of the order will be assessed separately. 4.The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two lots.
