Description

Construction of 3 swimming pools including land development, roads, parking areas, networks, connections and postponement of underground infrastructure elements/facilities. The scope for each location shall include in particular:
(1) demolition of existing elements in conflict with the investment;
(2) construction of swimming pool buildings with the parameters set out in the ToR,
(3) connect the swimming pools to the nearest point indicated below, with all agreements and permits obtained and the required documentation, if necessary: (a) Part I (Szopienice-Burowiec) connection to ZSH at ul. Hallera 60,
(b) Part II (Brynów) leases the sewerage system towards al. The Upper Silesian passage to the urban sewerage system and the location of the fibre to the UM building;
(C) Part III (Ligota Zadole) – connection to a point located in Zadole Park at the amphitheatre,
(4) Each of the planned premises is a ground floor, submerged, free-standing building.
