Description

The purpose of the public contract is the supply of two ultrasound devices for the outpatient of the general university hospital in Prague, including accessories, customs, transport, installation, commissioning, entry into service, initial validation, the provision of instructions in accordance with the relevant provision of Act No 268/2014 on medical devices, or the training of the purchaser’s operator, and the handing over of documents relating to the goods supplied, in particular the certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Czech, in both paper and electronic form, including warranty servicing and the other conditions of the tender specifications.
