Description

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för byggprojektledning i förstudie-, programhandlings-, projekterings- och byggfasen. De kommande åren har Säters kommun behov av planering samt ny- och ombyggnationer av offentliga byggnader i kommunen. Som ett exempel ska kommunen ta fram en ny lokalplan. Kopplat till detta behövs projektledare under förarbeten och utförande av byggentreprenader. Detta omfattar även utrednings- och projektledarstöd för att arbeta fram förstudier, programhandlingar och utredningsunderlag för berörda projekt samt utrednings- och projektledarstöd kopplat till genomförande av byggnationer. Säters ambition är att konsulterna ska arbeta mycket nära och i samklang med beställarsidan och Säter som organisation. Kommunen har historiskt positiv erfarenhet av partnering som entreprenadform och har även för avsikt att jobba mycket med partnering framledes. Där ser Säter att konsulten är en viktig samarbetspart.
