The subject of this contract is: ‘Consultancy service for control, management, conformity assessment, construction supervision and preparation of technical passports for contracts for the ‘Modernisation of the Vidin-Sofia railway line: Medkovets-Sratsimir railway section, by lot’. The consultancy service comprises two lots as follows: Lot 1: ‘Modernisation of the Medkovets-Dubova Mahala railway section’ Lot 2: ‘Modernisation of the ​​​​​​​ railway section Dabova Mahala – Sratsimir’. The execution of the contract includes the following main activities: Activity 1 Preparatory activities; Activity 2 Coordination and control of the implementation of the design and construction contract; Activity 3 Assessment of the compliance of the investment projects with the basic requirements for construction works; Activity 4 Supervision during construction; Activity 5 Verification and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction; Activity 6 Safety and Health Coordinator; Activity 7 Coordination of the design and construction contract with interacting contracts under other projects; Activity 8 Preparation of Technical Passports; Activity 9 Final activities.
