The activity includes the following tasks: - Exercising construction supervision during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction works within the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation on its implementation, including carrying out inspection and control of the construction products delivered and incorporated into the construction works, ensuring the implementation of the basic requirements for the construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Article 9, paragraph 2, item 5 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction works, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the construction and installation works performed with the contract for the execution of the engineering works on the site, as well as the other activities covered by the engineering contract; - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the performance of construction and installation works, including the fulfillment of all the obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in the said Ordinance; Preparation of a final construction report in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, and a technical construction passport in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 5 of 2006 on technical construction passports; - Management of the commissioning processes until the issuance of a Permission for use; - Liability under Article 168(7) of the Spatial Development Act until the expiry of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction and installation works. The financial resources under this call for tenders will be provided under procedure No BG16FFPR002-2.004 ‘Measures for the construction, extension and/or upgrade of municipal/regional systems for the separate collection and recycling of biodegradable waste second’ under Priority 2 ‘Waste’ of the Environment Programme 2021-2027.
