In view of the fact that part of the public procurement is included in the list of goods and services under Article 12(1)(1) of the PPA and on the basis of Article 80(1) of the PPZOP, the contracting authority has allocated Lot 1: ‘Supply of bed linen, towels and bathrobes for the needs of the Sofia Territorial Directorate’, Lot 3: ‘Supply of terry towels and bathrobes for the needs of the Plovdiv Territorial Directorate’ and Lot 5: ‘Supply of bed linen and towels for the needs of the Varna Territorial Directorate’ in the procedure, as reserved for the participation of specialised enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities or economic operators whose main objective is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons.
