Description

For the construction project sewer rehabilitation Max-Planck-Str. BA II Siel with Sckellstraße, the object planning (OP) in the performance diagram of civil engineering structures according to par. 43 HOAI, the services of technical planning in the performance diagram Structural Design (TWP) according to par. 51 HOAI, special service of the local construction supervision (Appendix 12 to par. 43 HOAI), services in the field of geotechnical engineering (Annex 1 HOAI) as well as other special services. The commissioning is carried out in three stages. The commissioning level 1 includes the LPH 1 to 2 OP, 1 to 2 TWP and partial power a, b Geo. The commissioning level 2 includes the LPH 3 OP, 3 to 4 TWP and partial power c Geo. The commissioning level 3 includes the LPH 5 to 9 OP incl. BÜ and 5 to 8 TWP.The refurbishment measure includes the renovation of three buildings Masonry Canal NE 600/900 (Sckellstraße) and three buildings Sielkanal 1500/1650 (Max-Planck-Str.) with a total length of about 379 m.
