Die Julius Spital-Stiftung, beabsichtigt in Mellrichstadt, Suhlestr. 17 dasbestehende Altenheim in Teilen (Nordflügel) umzubauen und an die aktuellen Standardsanzupassen. Diese Arbeiten schließen sich an den in Kürze abgeschlossenen 1. BA– dieErweiterung durch einen Anbau – als 2. BA an. Im Bestandsgebäude sind neben statischenEingriffen (z.B. Verbreiterung von Türöffnungen) die Erneuerung der Fenster und Außentürengeplant, um den aktuell geltenden Anforderungen hinsichtlich Pflegestandard undEnergieeinsparung gerecht zu werden. Darüber hinaus, werden nahezu sämtlicheBauteiloberflächen (Boden-, Wand- und Deckenbeläge) sowie die Sanitärausstattung sowiedie Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen erneuert.Der bestehende Verbindungsbau zwischen NordundSüdflügel sollvollständig abgebrochen werden. Die Medienversorgung erfolgt aus dembereits fertiggestellten Neubau. erneuert. - Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind dieGerüstbauarbeiten für diesen 2. BA.
