Supply of phone cards for conducting calls on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad, allowing use in Mobika-type devices installed in prisons. Estimated usage of phonecards of 25 and 100 pulses for the period of entrustment: - 45000 pieces for phonecards of 25 pulses; - 321500 pieces for phonecards of 100 pulses; The contracting authority is not bound by precision in the consumption of phonecards by type, given that the individual need of the final recipient - persons deprived of liberty - cannot be assessed. In view of which the phonecards (25 and 100 pulses) will be delivered by the Contractor according to his price offer until the maximum permissible value under the contract is exhausted.
