Description

Die Stadt Ichenhausen plant den Neubau einer Mehrzweckhalle mit Lehrschwimmbecken an der Friedrich-Jahn-Straße in Ichenhausen. Hierzu wird die bestehende Friedrich-Jahn-Halle mit Lehrschwimmbecken und Hausmeisterwohnung komplett abgebrochen und in diesem Bereich der Neubau erstellt. Das Lehrschwimmbecken befindet sich im Neubau im Erdgeschoss. Daneben wird die Mehrzweckhalle mit Nebenräumen gebaut. Der komplette Neubau wird mit einer gepflasterten Tiefgarage unterkellert. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich Schulen, die in Betrieb bleiben und Wohnbebauung. Im Rahmen des gegenständlichen Verfahrens erfolgt die Ausschreibung des Gewerks Badetechnische Anlagen.
