DTU efteruddanner løbende sine medarbejderne inden for IT området, således at medarbejdernes IT færdigheder stemmer overens med de ønskede behov. I den forbindelse har DTU behov for en ekstern kursus udbyder til at afholde kurser i MS Office programmerne. DTU er i gang med at ensrette MS Office, således at alle medarbejdere fremadrettet arbejder i Windows 10 og MS Office 2016, denne udskiftning forventes at være afsluttet inden for de næste 12 måneder. Såfremt MS Office i kontraktperioden opdateres til nyere version(er), skal disse ligeledes kunne rekvireres.
