Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the service of financing the Municipality’s liabilities by assuming a debt of PLN 12854355,58 (in words: twelve million eight hundred fifty-four thousand three hundred and fifty-five zlotys, 58/100) (Article 518(1)(3) of the Civil Code).
The contracting authority envisages the mobilisation of the entire amount by making a one-off payment of the outstanding part of the debts contracted by the Municipality in accordance with Resolution No XV/106/15 of Kożuchów City Council of 19 August 2015 on the acceptance of the service of repayment and restructuring of the Municipality’s obligations (Article 518 § 1(3) of the Civil Code) (constituting Annex 6 to the ToR) for the sum of PLN 12854355,58 31.10.2015.
