Description

The municipality has the desire and obligation to provide the reception of displaced persons, including Ukrainian refugees, on the basis of laws and regulations such as, but not limited to, the Regulation on the reception of displaced persons Ukraine (ROO). The temporary shelter consists of organizing a place to live and sleep, sanitary facilities and providing sufficient cooking facilities. Temporary means, in the case of displaced Ukrainian refugees, at least until the end of the ROO or until a displaced person finds or is allocated another place of residence. This contract is subsumed into a so-called framework agreement. This Agreement is intended to take effect on 1 July 2025. The initial contract period is two (2) years and therefore runs until 30 June 2027. The municipality may decide to extend the agreement with the Contractor. The option to extend is twice (2x) one (1) year. The reception of seventy (70) displaced persons within the boundaries of the municipality of Bergen op Zoom at the start of the agreement, whether or not at the same time.
