Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa kalendarza książkowego z logo Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej na 2023 rok – 5 000 szt.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają:
1) Projektowane postanowienia umowy – Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ,
2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia – Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
3. Klauzula środowiskowa: dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia w całości w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 10:00 – 14:00 (dostawy poza godzinami szczytu – zastosowano aspekt środowiskowy).
Zamawiający przewiduje, że na podstawie art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy pzp, dokona w pierwszej kolejności badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
