Provision of operation and maintenance services of the neutralisation treatment plant in order to ensure the treatment operations – neutralisation of the mine waters loaded with heavy metals from the mining perimeter of the treatment plant, in order to obtain an effluent within the current technological parameters of the treatment plant. a) The estimated value of the monthly unit price of the operation and maintenance services is RON 181,047/month, excluding VAT, for the operation of the plant in normal mode; b) The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is: 8,690,256 lei, VAT excluded. The value was calculated by summing up the monthly unit price of the services of operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, during 48 months of normal operation; c) The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is: RON 2,172,564, excluding VAT. The value was calculated by summing up the monthly unit price of the services of operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, during 12 months of operation, under normal regime; d) The maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is: RON 2,172,564, excluding VAT.
