In this procurement, Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Unit") is applying for four (4) framework contract suppliers per sub-area presented below to produce maintenance projects for the natural gas transmission pipeline and related equipment packages ("Natural Gas Transmission Platform") owned and managed by Gasgrid Finland Oy. The services to be procured concern Gasgrid's natural gas transmission platform, the location of which at the time of tendering is shown in the following map (changes possible during the contract period): https://puhti-2022.gasgrid.fi/sw-public/ This framework agreement is divided into two parts: Part 1: Mechanical systems maintenance projects Part 2: Maintenance projects for electrical, automation and instrumentation systems The detailed content of both parts is presented in Appendix 00 Request to participate_Framework agreement for the maintenance projects of the natural gas transmission platform. Candidates may submit their requests to participate and be selected as tenderers in Part 1, Part 2 or both. The agreements in both Parts are expected to enter into force no later than 01.01.2026. The agreements enter into force at the time of their signature and are valid for three (3) years from the time of signature, after which the subscriber decides on a possible extension of the agreement for one (1) one (1) year option period. The mini-tendering and supplier selection mechanism for the assignments, as well as the comparative criteria, are set out in the preliminary call for tenders.
