Description

The object of the contract is the design and execution for the rehabilitation of ‘Bridge on DN 22C, km 38+002 over the Alba-Midia-Navodari Gate’, with a length of 213.60 m, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority sets a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications has been set so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analysing the tender documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority.
