Description

Das UKD beabsichtigt, in der MNR-Klinik (Gebäude 13.51) auf Ebene 08 eine Station zu sanieren und brandschutztechnisch zu ertüchtigen. Das Baufeld liegt in einem vollständig in Betrieb befindlichen Klinikgebäude. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind sämtliche Tapezier-, Maler- und Lackierarbeiten zum Wiederaufbau der Station (Wände, Decken, Zargen, Türblätter) und des angrenzenden Bürotrakts. Die Arbeiten im Bürotrakt werden in einem ersten Abschnitt ausgeführt, anschließend - nach einer zeitlichen Unterbrechung - folgen die Arbeiten in der Station. Im Vorfeld der Maßnahme wird die erforderliche Schadstoffsanierung durchgeführt und alle von der Maßnahme betroffenen schadstoffbelasteten Bauteile werden durch eine Fachfirma entfernt. Zu Beginn der Arbeiten ist das Baufeld schadstofffrei.
