Description

The subject matter of the procurement is the execution of works for the investment objective ‘SUPRAINĂLȚARE DIGURI INCINTA CALIENI – NANESTI, JUDEȚUL VRANCEA’ proposed for financing from the funds allocated to Romania under the Recovery and Resilience Facility approved by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council – National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)’, as described in the beneficiary’s requirements, part of the tender documentation. The works will be carried out by reference to the Technical Project, the Specifications and the Execution Details approved, as part of the beneficiary’s requirements, within the framework of the works concept, taking into account the opinions, authorisations and agreements obtained, respecting the measures imposed by the regulatory acts in the field of water management and environmental protection, as well as the ‘Do no significant harm’ principle – without significantly harming the environmental objectives (DNSH). The duration of the implementation of the investment target shall be 9 months from the date of signature of the service contract, but no later than February 2026. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 20.
