Description

The technical planning services of the technical equipment for plant groups 1, 2 and 3 according to HOAI for the regional police inspection Saalfeld are advertised. The construction of the state-owned property Cottastraße 41 in 07407 Rudolstadt is planned and executed as part of a construction maintenance maintenance maintenance plan for the complex renovation of the staff building (construction year 1938) with a gross floor area of approximately 3,486 m2 or 14,855 m3 BRI and the adjacent outdoor facilities in four annual windows. It is a two-storey L-shaped building with ground floor and upper floor in monolite construction. The adjoining upper floor of the outbuilding is a half-timbered structure. The roof construction consists of a saddle-wall roof combination, whereby the attic of the outbuilding is extended in the existing building. Monument protection exists for the staff building and the outdoor facilities in the vicinity of the staff building, so that all structural measures must be coordinated with the monument protection authority. The scope of the construction measure does not include roof renovation and is planned as a separate measure. The measures required by the renovation measures to be planned in the building, if any, must be planned, coordinated and carried out. The results of the restoration studies, which are still to be commissioned separately, must be taken into account in the planning. Close coordination with the client and with the Thuringian State Office for Preservation of Monuments and Archaeology (TLDA) is required. The results and determinations of these consultations and votes shall be documented in writing. The thermal insulation certificate, including the summer heat insulation certificate, is drawn up via the property planner in accordance with the current Building Energy Act (GEG). Preservation aspects will have to be taken into account in the preparation of this proof. - For the technical planning of the technical equipment, plant group 1 - wastewater, water and gas plants (KGr 410), classification HZ 2 HOAI, cost estimate gross: around EUR 499,000, installation group 2 - heat supply installations (KGr 420), classification HZ 2 HOAI, gross cost estimate: around EUR 680,000 and installation group 3 - Air technology plants (KGr 430), classification HZ 2 HOAI, gross cost estimate around EUR 181,000, will initially be awarded performance level 1 with preliminary planning and design planning (LPH 2 and 3 HOAI 2021). The further performance levels 2 to 5 with the execution planning, the preparation of the award, the participation in the award, the object monitoring as well as the object support (performance phases 5 to 9 HOAI - as of 2021) are to be awarded optionally in stages. There is no legal claim to this. - The construction measure is classified as ‘classified – for official use only’ (VS-NfD). All correspondence and data exchange must be carried out via an encryption program approved by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). Appropriate licenses for the GnuPG VS-Desktop program recommended by the TLBV are to be acquired by the planner and the later execution companies. The costs for the program, its installation and additional effort in the processing of the project must be taken into account and will not be paid separately. - The construction project is in principle subject to the approval procedure according to § 84 ThürBO 2024. - The general scope of planning and services is based on the performance pictures of HOAI. The basis and rules for the remuneration are the HOAI 2021 and the contractor’s final assessed fee offer.
