— Construction of a cycle path in Sandomierz on national road 77 I 79 as part of the project entitled Cycle routes – voivodeship Świętokrzyskie implemented under the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland,
— Development of construction and implementation projects and construction of a trans-regional cycle route in Eastern Poland in Świętokrzyskie Province along provincial road No 758 for sections, i.e. Ivanska – Driving; Vehicle – Konary; m. Victimate; Klimontów – Jachimowice; as part of cycle routes in Eastern Poland – Świętokrzyskie Voivodship;
— The development of a construction and implementation project and the construction of a trans-regional cycle route in Eastern Poland in Świętokrzyskie Province along regional road No 756 in Raków, as part of the cycle routes in Eastern Poland – Świętokrzyskie Voivodship,

Młyńska, ul. Church in Raki (length around 350 m),
— Permanent organisation of traffic in Kielce – Koński m., together with the drawing up of a permanent traffic organisation project for the year. Gatniki – m. Koński for a length of approximately Km
The service consists of the following:
— Management and coordination of the implementation of the construction,
— verification of the design documentation,
— fulfil the reporting obligations arising from EU procedures and cooperate in this regard with the services of the DSF and the managing authority, i.e. PARP
— the provision of investor supervision services over the Contract must ensure that supervision is carried out under the contract in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Construction Law and the PPO Act.
The contracting authority requires the Contract to be carried out by a team meeting the conditions laid down in the Construction Law and, in particular, with the provisions relating to independent technical functions in the construction sector. The Supervisory Team will be headed by the Contract Engineer. The Contract Engineer will be the Contracting Authority’s representative and will act within the scope of the obligations laid down in this Specification of the Significant Contract Conditions (SIWZ) and the current provisions of the Construction Law, the Civil Code, the Public Procurement Act, the legal acts governing the disbursement of Union funds and the applicable technical standards.
