Description

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1o and 67-68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. This involves new maintenance work and works to be carried out in municipal buildings, including official dwellings. The contract is awarded at unit prices on order forms with no minimum and maximum annual amount in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Applicants must reply on the basis of the unit price schedule accompanied by a discount on the supplier catalogue (s). The applicant companies shall indicate in the act of commitment:
