Description

The subject of this contract is the storage, routing and dispatch of documents and publications carried out by or under the responsibility of the HAS. The benefits include:
— storage of documents and publications,
— the routing and dispatch of documents, publications produced by or on behalf of the HAS (brochures, manuals, booklets, letters, etc.),
— the management of the HAS customer database.
Storage means taking over, preserving and managing movements carried out on a documentary stock belonging to the HAS. Routing means the sending to a large number of recipients, on the instructions of the HAS, of the same documents or publications in stock at the holder’s premises or communicated on the occasion by the HAS. Dispatch means the sending of documents or publications stored at the holder’s premises in a small number or to the unit, by order of the HAS. Management of the HAS customer database means the delivery of an Excel file of addresses (name/address) to the signature of the contract for integration into the contractor’s software package, for the postal standardisation of the addresses delivered and then updated monthly before any order for documents to be sent by the HAS to that file. This file will remain the property of the HAS and will be submitted to it in electronic format at the end of the contract.
