Description

There is a gymnasium (GyLoh) and a district school (GSL) with a total of about 20 one to two-shot pavillo-like buildings, which are to be renovated or replaced at several stages of construction. This tender includes the construction of a new building (BT 3) of a building with 40 classrooms plus ancillary rooms used by the GSL. The BGF of the building is approximately 5 500 m² and the refurbishment (SAN 2) of an existing specialised building with a BGF of approximately 4 000 m².
The construction site of the Inlandfeldredder road is only via an internal development road (dimensions: Width approx. 3.00 m, length approx. 170 m). The possibility of turning on the site is limited. In addition, there are time constraints in the access regime, as the construction road is crossed by school transport.
